Warranty

Arctic Edge provides a one-year warranty for all Arctic Baths and Arctic Chillers. If your product develops defects within the first year of purchase due to standard manufacturing issues, we will inspect and repair faults. Please note that misuse or wear and tear are not covered.

TERMS:
The Limited Warranty encompasses replacing parts found to have defects in quality and addresses defects or malfunctions that occur under standard usage conditions. Please note that the Limited Warranty excludes damage caused by:
  • The addition of chemicals to the water (unless explicitly confirmed in writing) 
  • Neglected filter maintenance and replacement (For filter replacement guidance, contact us)  
  • Power outages  
  • Inadequate attention to low water flow  
  • Restricted airflow  
  • Or any other form of neglect, misuse, or abuse.  
  • Additional specific exclusions are elaborated upon in this Limited Warranty. This warranty applies exclusively to defects discovered within the stipulated Limited Warranty period and as long as the product remains in the possession of the original purchaser (or the original owner if it was a gift).
All components covered under this warranty are guaranteed 12 months from delivery.
Each unit is constructed around a stainless steel insertion. This stainless steel is 316L. This choice ensures durability, outstanding corrosion resistance, and a lifetime of service with proper care.
Natural Wood Is Inherently Unique, Not Defective
Rest assured that they are crafted from natural wood. Wood exhibits natural variations in colour grain patterns and may display imperfections, which are considered inherent to the material. These variations do not constitute defects. Some weather-related deterioration may occur for outdoor units despite the best maintenance efforts. Wood surfaces are susceptible to dents, scratches, etc., when not correctly cared for. Any repairs are the responsibility of the customer, not Arctic Edge. Since each unit is individually handmade, minor variations in size, shape, and finish are expected. We take great care to ensure premium products and celebrate wood as a natural material.

Warranty Limitations and Exclusions:
  • Condensing units, chillers, water pumps, Ozone components, and electrics carry a 12 months warranty.
  • Replacement filters are available for purchase, but it is entirely the customer's responsibility to replace them. Arctic Edge is not accountable for any loss or damage from customers replacing their filters.
  • Alteration, abuse, neglect, or mistreatment of the product in any way will void this warranty.
  • Regular maintenance of the product is the customer's responsibility. Any issues or failures resulting from inadequate maintenance, including chemical use, will void this warranty. Using improper or harsh cleaning agents will also void this warranty. This warranty will be null and void if the customer uses replacement parts or accessories not genuine or original to the unit or provided by Arctic Edge.
  • A pre-approved agent of Arctic Edge must conduct all repairs. Repairs performed by an unauthorised individual will not be covered under this warranty. The customer assumes total liability for repairs performed by an unapproved party, and such maintenance invalidates the Limited Warranty.
  • The manufacturer, Arctic Edge, shall not be liable for an amount exceeding the original purchase value of the product under this warranty. Arctic Edge is not responsible for any incidental damages occurring after delivery. Any injury or loss arising from defects covered under this limited warranty, whether incidental or consequential, including loss of product use, even if Arctic Edge was informed of potential damage before its occurrence, is not within Arctic Edge's liability.

For service under this Limited Warranty, please call us or email info@arcticedge.me Provide the following information: purchaser's name, proof of purchase, dated receipt, purchased item, and provide as much detail as possible regarding the issue or failure. Claims must be made within the specified warranty period as detailed above. Most warranty concerns can be addressed via phone with an Arctic Edge engineer. Suppose a repair covered under this warranty is necessary within the applicable period. In that case, Arctic Edge will cover part costs, including delivery to the UAE and engineer fees to fix the issue. Outside of mainland UAE, Arctic Edge will ship parts for your local engineer to install. In both cases, most repairs can be completed within 3 hours.
Getting the Service You Expect
 
Given our extensive knowledge of our products, Arctic Edge reserves the right to decide whether a covered part or item should be repaired or replaced. Any component(s) repaired or replaced under this warranty will be covered for the remaining duration of the original Limited Warranty period. If the services of an approved general service provider are needed, Arctic Edge will cover the associated costs within the Limited Warranty period. Suppose on-site repairs are not feasible for a repair/replacement covered by this Limited Warranty. In that case, Arctic Edge may, at its discretion, provide a replacement unit of equal value or arrange for shipping to/from the factory facility for repairs. Any repaired or replaced product will be warranted for the remaining duration of the original applicable Limited Warranty period.
Arctic Edge will continue to offer phone support for issues occurring after the warranty period expires, as deemed appropriate. However, after the applicable warranty period, the customer accepts 100% responsibility for all associated expenses, including parts, labour, shipping, etc.
